Chef Craig PaulseCraig Paulse joined the PortsWood in 2004. Before joining the Legacy Group he worked at The Peninsula All-Suites Hotel as the Head Chef. In September 2006, Craig was elected by the South African Chef's Association as a member, and was entitled to use the designatory letters MSACA - an enormous accolade. In 2007, under Craig's expert guidance, the Quarterdeck Restaurant was voted the second-best restaurant in the Waterfront. This is no surprise for Craig, having been promoted to the position of Head Chef at San Lameer Hotel, KwaZulu-Natal, at the tender age of 23.
